Family dining in the Inland Empire has just been upgraded! Woody’s Classic Grill, located in the heart of Grand Terrace, has been serving up mouthwatering, well-priced, abundantly-portioned meals for the entire family since October. Owners Mike and Lori Miller have set the standards high and with the help of their partners, they intend to continue to surpass those standards of an excellent variety of quality food, an inviting family atmosphere, and top of the line customer service.

Mike and Lori are no strangers to the community, or the restaurant industry. With over 45 years of experience under their belt, they know commitment, hard-work and dedication to standards are what it takes to make their business a success. “The quality and selection of our food sets us apart from others. Lori and I work every day at customer service and featuring a friendly crew was one of our top priorities. Lori and I greet every guest,” said Miller. The apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree, as you may see a bright, smiling server named Kayli, who is also part of the Miller family, providing you with some of the most attentive service as you dine in this beach-themed, fun and inviting atmosphere. Woody’s is quickly becoming the “Cheers” of this community- where “everybody knows your name.”

On the back end of the restaurant, Woody’s has an ace up their sleeve, as Chef Miguel Huerta continues to stun Woody’s patrons with flavorsome menu choices to fit every palate. Miguel, who is also a partner in the business, has locked arms with Miller in their joint venture to bring a delectable variety of entrees to the region. Huerta, a quiet, family man is a dedicated, diamond-in-the-rough, who Miller discovered while working at another restaurant, prefers to let his cuisine do the talking. “He has been in this business for a while, this is his passion, this is his dream and you can see it through the food,” exclaims Dora Huerta, Miguel’s wife. “He wants perfection; he wants everyone to be satisfied. At the same time he wants to show everyone this is his art.”

With over 100 items on the menu and growing, there is sure to be something to please every appetite.  “We offer everything from appetizers like huge bone-in wings, generously-portioned Cobb and chicken Caesar salads, Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, gourmet burgers including the OMG! burger which is topped with an egg for added richness of flavor, southern barbeque smoked until it slides off the bone, marbled steaks cooked to perfection, seafood that’s timed just right, flavorful jambalaya, a pasta carbonara with all the right ingredients, and of course desserts,” continued Miller. He mentioned that fan favorites are already developing, “The coffee cake is getting rave reviews. It comes as a side with the breakfast entrees and is available to top off any meal. I think everyone loves coffee cake, we make it every morning, it is fresh, with lots of cinnamon, brown sugar and a big mound of real butter.”

When Mike and Lori take some time to refresh, you will also find the friendly faces of Richard and Lori Joy, upholding the standard of quality food, an inviting family atmosphere, and top of the line customer service. Richard and Lori along with Mike Norris, who crunches the numbers and makes sure Woody’s stays in the black, complete the cornerstone of partners bringing locals an upgraded dining experience by way of Woody’s Classic Grill.

“If I had to sum up Woody’s in one word, I would have to say ‘Blessed.’ We are blessed to be a part of this community, blessed to be able to provide great food, blessed that we have great guests that come in here and blessed with a wonderful  staff to serve those guests,” exclaims Miller.

Woody’s Classic Grill is well on its way to quickly becoming one of the Inland Empire’s top 10 restaurants, as is evident by their 4.5 star rating on Yelp! With all it has to offer, it’s no wonder it is quickly becoming a local favorite for families to gather, power lunches, weekend breakfasts’ or large gatherings and company parties. Woody’s is also able to accommodate event catering. Do yourself a favor and head over to Woody’s you’ll definitely catch a smiling face and a delicious meal anytime day or night. Woody’s Classic Grill is located at 22400 Barton Road, Suite 1, Grand Terrace.
