By checking the box, entering my name, and proceeding to payment, I acknowledged and agreed that:

• I have carefully reviewed the entire Proof Prior to Publication and Insertion Order.
• I confirm that the wording and information submitted for publication are complete and correct.
• I approve the legal notice exactly as shown for publication.
• I approve the selected newspaper/city or cities, publication date(s), number of weeks, ad size, and charges shown in the Insertion Order.
• I understand that this is my final opportunity to make changes or corrections before proceeding to payment.
• I understand that by approving this order, City News Group will reserve advertising/publication space specifically for my order for the publication date(s) selected.
• I understand and agree that once this space has been reserved, the order is final and cannot be canceled or rescinded for any reason.
• I understand and agree that because publication space has been reserved for my order, no refunds are available.
• I understand that once I selected APPROVE & PROCEED TO PAYMENT, my Proof Prior to Publication and Insertion Order were considered FINAL AND APPROVED, and I could no longer change, cancel, or rescind my order.
