MV Can Provide a Road to a Successful Career in Transportation

MV Transportation is actively recruiting and training bus operators for our Omnitrans paratransit contract in our San Bernardino and Rancho Cucamonga locations. All training hours are paid by MV Transportation as you get prepared to serve the community. Staffed by California Highway Patrol-certified trainers and testers, you will receive top-flight training for success. The service area encompasses the city limits of the 15 cities of western San Bernardino county covering approximately 480 square miles. MV Transportation began with Feysan and Alex Lodde’s determination to help their community’s most vulnerable citizens. In 1975, realizing the limited transportation options for the elderly and people with disabilities, the Loddes began providing transportation services throughout San Francisco—at that time one of the least accessible cities in the U.S. Feysan and Alex started this service because it was the right thing to do for members of the community who seemed to be forgotten. This commitment to people remains firmly in place throughout MV today.

By 1990, the landmark Americans with Disabilities Act was passed, mandating comparable transportation for passengers with disabilities. With 15 years of experience in this specialized mode of transport, MV stood ready to provide transportation solutions at scale on behalf of municipalities and transit agencies.

Today, MV still operates under its founders’ guiding principles. The needs of people drive our company, literally and figuratively. People come first—always. And that means providing the right mobility services at the right time and at the right price. MV has grown, now representing more than 250 public transit agencies and private companies in performing their passenger transportation service in both the U.S. and Canada. We are proud to be the largest privately-owned transportation company in North America, providing paratransit, fixed route, shuttle, and school bus services. In partnership with our customers, we are sharing new ideas, bringing new technologies, and exploring new ways to improve mobility in the communities we serve.

If you are seeking a career that provides you the opportunity to serve others in the San Bernardino County community, MV Transportation is for you. We are seeking confident and proactive individuals to join our program. MV celebrates our 43rd anniversary this August. We are proud that we have always operated (from day one to today) as a US-based, family-owned company. Now in our fifth decade, our continuity out-distances any and all large transit companies in the world. Yes – continuity! MV's core values and commitment to providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation have not changed. Come and join our team. Call 909-379-1001 to schedule an interview today.
