I Just Saw my Patient's Husband Almost Naked!

So over the last few weeks we've added to our services to accommodate people staying home - including our tele-health services for PT.

Well, you'll never guess what happened on Friday!

We were doing a Zoom session with one of our clients (we'll call her Susie) to help her with back pain. Initially, she was going to wait until it was safe to go outside again, and thought she would be fine just doing all of the exercises we gave her from her last appointment.

Well, after being at home for the last two weeks, off her routine, and sitting far more than she normally does - Susie's back pain kicked up (no surprises there) and the exercises weren't enough to get her out of pain.

So we hopped on a zoom call - right from her iPad - and she was sitting at the kitchen table - in her wooden chair - asking us some questions about her sitting posture - and about to show us where her pain was.

And then, there goes Susie's husband, in the background wearing nothing but his boxers and holding a cup of coffee!

Whoops!!

We all kind of realized it at the same time and he quickly got out of the view. We all had a really good laugh and to be honest, it felt REALLY good to all laugh like that together.

For a hot minute - we all forgot there was a pandemic going on around us.

Oh and yes her back pain was much better after her session and we scheduled a follow up for next week.

In case you're wondering, Susie was quite resistant to the idea of tele-health at first - aka - doing her PT over video.

"How could it possibly be the same?" "I don't have the right set-up at home." "I'm not good with technology."

This is what we've been hearing from most people when we first mention that we can do tele-health with them.

Well, after Susie's first session, even with the cameo from her hubby, she was SO happy, and quite surprised, at how effective the session was!

Other than being able to smell our delicious essential oils we use or a yummy cup of tea or coffee we make for her when she comes in our doors. She said it was like being there in person with us!

See, online PT really does work. And we're so thankful to be able to provide this solution to you right now.

If you're unable to work out the way you normally do and find yourself completely off your routine - unsure about what to do when new pains develop during this quarantine situation - let us help you!

We can talk about it from the comfort of your own home and get you some real help, just like we did with Susie.

If you’d like to book a session with us, all you have to do are these two things:

1. Simply call us at 909-796-0012 and tell us you want a session.

2. Make sure your husband (or wife) is wearing their clothes please.

If you are stuck at home in this crazy time we are all living through and have had ongoing low back pain without resolve or solution, then you have nothing to lose. Call us up or visit our website at www.rendonpt.org. Download our free E-book for back pain “5 Simple strategies to reduce you own back pain and stiffness." It is the least I can offer you to help you get going today on improving the status of your low back pain. Our consultation is complimentary, but we only have limited spots open per week, so call and reserve you spot today 909-796-0012.
