The City of Moreno Valley celebrated the grand opening of the Hyundai of Moreno Valley, the City’s newest car dealership, with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, June 29.

Hyundai of Moreno Valley’s new state-of-the-art facility is located at 27500 Eucalyptus Avenue near the Stoneridge Towne Center. Refreshments were served following the June 29 ribbon cutting.

Hyundai is hosting a weeklong Grand Opening Celebration from June 30 through July 8 which will include face painting, food, music, local artists, and special promotions.

Hyundai hired a majority of its workforce through the City’s Hire MoVal program, which offers incentives for businesses in exchange for hiring Moreno Valley residents. The City hosted job recruitments and job fairs for Hyundai at the Moreno Valley Employment Resource Center.

“This is another wonderful example of the City and our businesses working together to ensure our residents have continued access to quality services and goods,” said Mayor Yxstian Gutierrez.

Mike Brown, owner of Hyundai of Moreno Valley, echoed the mayor's sentiments.

"I am appreciative of the level of support from the City to get Hyundai of Moreno Valley open,” said Brown. “I am extremely excited to join the Moreno Valley business community.”

Hyundai of Moreno Valley is open from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Sundays. The dealership takes great pride in their ability to provide friendly and professional staff that will assist with your car buying experience every step of the way. With more than 300 vehicles to choose from, customers are sure to find the Hyundai that fits their needs.

The highly-trained Hyundai service team uses the latest technology, tools and equipment to provide the best care for all vehicles. As part of Hyundai of Moreno Valley’s grand opening, the dealership will be offering free oil changes to customers who schedule a service appointment online.
