This week’s GTHS student athlete is Aaron Garcia. Aaron is a senior this year carrying a 3.0 GPA. He plays on GT’s Varsity Baseball team, and has been playing baseball since the age of 3. One of his most memorable athletic accomplishments was walking off hits in extra innings to win league versus Kaiser on Senior Day. He plans to attend Cal Baptist, while majoring in Early Childhood Studies. Aaron attributes his motivation to making his family proud, as well as his Mom and Dad being huge motivating factors. He quotes the Sixer’s Joel Embiid, “Trust the process.” Aaron also enjoys reading and growing plants in his spare time. Congratulations Aaron, keep up the outstanding work and reach for the stars!
