Education Rewarded at THINK Together

THINK Together San Bernardino County Staff recently has been awarded by California State University of San Bernardino’s Career Center as the “Best Non-Profit.” THINK Together partners with University and College Career Centers to provide students with volunteer, intern, and career opportunities within the field of education. Through “Teaching, Helping, Inspiring and Nurturing Kids,” the organization serves thousands of youth at over 400 locations in California. They believe that education is a top priority for success and that in order to reach proficient levels of achievement, children must participate in academically-oriented activities in English/Language Arts and Mathematics. Children who have committed to the program finished at high rates that nearly doubled those of their peers. By staying committed to the children, THINK Together has established out-of-school programs that have provided educational resources for children. By teaming with public and private schools, THINK Together has expanded in order to reach out to several communities in the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, Sacramento, San Bernardino and San Diego. California State University of San Bernardino recognizes THINK Together’s efforts and congratulates them on their success.
