Community in Unity 2nd Annual Christmas Toy Give Away

Pastor John Braxton Jr., and Kathy Braxton, Founders of Community in Unity for better living and wellness Outreach, and Kathy Braxton, who is CEO/President of Sick N Tired Recovery Home for Women.  CIU Outreach just had their Second Annual Christmas Toy Giveaway and Groceries at 290 East O st Veterans Park Colton. This was their Grand Finale for this years Outreach that took place every 4th Saturday of the month, except for the months of November and December, which was held on the 3rd Saturday, due to the Holiday Season falling on the 4th Saturday. They will be resuming April 28, 2018, and every 4th Saturday of the month.

They had a awesome time this past Saturday,  Community in Unity Outreach at Veterans Park, 290 E. O Street, Colton Ca 92324, where AssemblyMember Eloise Gomez Reyes and her Husband presented a Certificate of Recognition to Community in Unity.  They appreciate Colton Station#37 Fire Department, for coming out again for this year Christmas Second Annual Toy giveaway,  where the Fire Department passed out fire hats to the Children also, Salon Success Beauty Schools and Hair Phanatics Salon of Highland gave over 60 free hair cuts. Over 150 families were blessed with hot bowls of Chili and corn bread, bags of groceries, free clothing, and Fit Fearless Training 4Life exercises by Robert Briones. After that the kids were treated to granola bar's and juice. They also would like to acknowledge Mental Health System, His Hiding Place for Domestic Violence for Women, S.B. County head start, Center for Employment training, Dignity Memorial, Inland Behavioral Health Services, Church of fire in Christ Street team ministry, 5Lixs, Women Bonded by Courage.
