City employees and volunteers received recognition at “An Afternoon with the Stars,” the City of Redlands seventh annual employee recognition held at the Civic Center. The City’s Human Resources Department and Employee Appreciation Committee, made up of employees from various departments planned the event, which for the past five years has been held at City Hall during most employees’ lunch hour. During the awards ceremony, Oct. 23, managers, full-time and part-time employees and volunteers were recognized for providing service above and beyond their job descriptions.
