Farmer Boys Announces Annual Fundraiser

For the 17th year, Farmer Boys®, the popular fast casual concept which has built a reputation on their farm fresh cooked-to-order menu, comfortable restaurant atmosphere, and friendly staff, is launching their annual fundraiser which supports Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital. The fundraiser, which begins Monday, September 4 through Monday, October 9 and will be hosted by Farmer Boys locations in the Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, encourages guests to make a donation of $2 or $5 and in exchange they’ll receive a discount for the same amount when they return on a future visit and present their receipt.

Guests who donate will also be recognized as Champions for Children, and a heart of champion donation slip with their name on it will be displayed in Farmer Boys restaurants for the duration of the fundraiser to commemorate donors.

“For 17 rewarding years we have partnered with LLUCH to help fundraise for such an important organization with the help of our generous guests,” said Larry Rusinko, vice president and chief marketing officer for Farmer Boys. “Every year we look forward to hosting this annual fundraiser where 100% of the donations collected support medical care for 1.2 million children in Southern California.”

Since 2000, Farmer Boys has donated more than $650,000 to LLUCH. Every dollar collected helps provide world-class clinical care and outreach programs to children in the San Bernardino, Riverside, Inyo and Mono Counties. Donations also fund research leading to innovation in youth health and wellness delivering on the promise of a healthier future today for children in the region and beyond.
