LOMA LINDA>> With the recent Re-Grand Opening of the Ronald McDonald House in Loma Linda, hundreds of people have had the opportunity to see the newly expanded house first hand. In addition to the monetary donations received for the expansion of the Ronald McDonald House, many companies saw the vision for the future and have donated supplies and their time. A lot of the concrete on the property was donated by Robertson’s Ready Mix; new furniture in the house was donated by Ashley Furniture; new office furniture was donated by Goforth & Mart; and ceiling fans were donated by Home Depot and installed by Home Depot employees. The Hale Corporation led the construction of the expansion and has previously helped construct Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times and the Long Beach Ronald McDonald House. The Hale Corporation was founded by Richard T. Hale, Jr. in 1972. As the current CEO and a second-generation General Contractor, the company's website states that his passion and dedication for building quality projects has contributed to the growth of The Hale Corporation. According to the Hale Corporation website, the company’s values include integrity, excellence, leadership and experience. “We stand by the highest ethical standards. Since 1972, The Hale Corporation has made it our mission to help our clients achieve their construction goals with honesty and integrity,” the website states. “It is through this principle that we build lasting relationships with our construction partners. We recognize that our strength is in the loyalty we earn from our clients, we make this our utmost priority.” Now, the Ronald McDonald House in Loma Linda features 54 on-site guest rooms, adding to the previous 21 guest rooms. The house was at 13,000 square feet and has now been extended to 43,000 square feet. After more than 10 years of planning, the dream has been achieved.
