I’ve been honored to serve the citizens of Colton as your District 3 representative since 2012. During the past 6 years I have had the opportunity to play an important role in bringing much needed improvements to our district and our city.

The past four years, my colleagues on the City Council have shown their trust and confidence in my abilities by appointing me to represent our city on several important regional boards where I’ve had the opportunity to bring exciting new transportation and major infrastructure improvements to Colton. I’ve enjoyed working with my fellow Council members and City staff to bring new businesses along with infrastructure improvements to our City.

I have also enjoyed the constant challenges in responding and addressing our citizens issues and concerns while working with staff to get the work done. As your Mayor, I will continue to search and find new ideas, methods and programs to keep us moving forward with the goal of improving the quality of life for everyone in Colton. There is still much work to be done, such as continuing with our plans to build a new "Sports Complex" for our youth, continued development of the West Valley corridor, addressing traffic issues in Reche Canyon and collaborating with our residents, council members and staff to make sure we maintain a strong fiscal position. As part of these goals I will be working hard to recruit new businesses and enhancing outside revenues streams while working to keep fees and taxes to our residents at a minimum.

This can be accomplished with strong leadership and the can do attitude of our residents, our hard working city employees, our Council members and our staff all working together for the same goals. With this attitude we can continue to provide and increase the services that our residents expect, along with maintaining the highest level of public safety in our community. This is why I now want to serve you, our residents, as your Mayor.

If elected Mayor, I will continue working with my colleagues to maintain our forward momentum as we collaborate with residents, city employees, developers and business owners and bring them to the table to share creative ideas and solutions. With this said, I promise to bring my experience, knowledge and ideas to the table contributing to the work to be done with Honesty, Integrity and Transparency.  In closing, I want to thank you all for your support and to say that it will take all of us working together to keep our momentum going. God bless you, God bless Colton and God bless America.

Thank you for your support
