This is your responsibility when you submit any article or content. Disregarding these items may result in delayed or 
non-published submissions. Continual malicious infringements may result in suspension of user privileges. 
You agree to provide us with complete, accurate, and current information so that we can communicate with you about 
your account.
Submitted content must be truthful and complete to the best of your knowledge and ability.
Submitted content must be grammatically correct. 
Submitted content must not infringe any intellectual property rights (including copyright, moral rights and database 
rights) of any person.
Users understand that all information submitted by their account is their property.
Any submitted content including, but not limited to, event information, photos, videos, opinion pieces (Voice of the 
People submissions), and orchids and onions can be used at the discretion of City News Group, Inc. 
Submitted content must not be libelous, pornographic or indecent, related to hate speech, drug sales and/or use, or 
seminars for pyramid schemes will be accepted.
Submitted content must not be malicious, offensive, discriminatory, threatening, racist, extremist; not promote hatred
or violence or denigrate any person, group of people or set of beliefs, or provide any link to any such material.
Submitted content must not disclose confidential information, including personal data of others, without the consent 
of the owner of that information or data.
No refunds will be issued for submitted information not abiding by user guidelines.
Users understand that in the event of a legal debate, all legal responsibility is waived to the respective poster.
City News Group, Inc. reserves the right to remove any content for any reason deemed fit.
Users understand that based on information submitted or gathered by its own accord, City News Group Inc. has the right 
to send out a representative to cover the event as they deem necessary. It is understood that this is not a promise, and 
users are encouraged to submit all information available to ensure their information gets to City News Group. Inc. for 
posting consideration.
